George’s career spans 15 years of service at Elefsis Shipyards, where he held the position of New Buildings Director. During his tenure, Elefsis Shipyards successfully delivered five new Super Vita FACs to the Hellenic Navy. He also oversaw the middle-life modernization of four Combattante FACs and played a crucial role in executing tasks such as HATs, SITs, and SATs onboard RLSV Prometheus, the HN’s largest vessel by displacement.
